Eco-Somatic and Ancestral Medicine Specialist


My name is Lorena. I am Holistic Therapist and Coach, specialist in trauma and grief care. Originally from Perú. As a keeper of my Andean Ancestral Wisdom and Medicine and with  more than 20 years of experience, I integrate therapeutic applications from interdisciplinary ancient traditions and clinical fundamentals, making my teaching method and guidance approach accessible and culturally sustainable to those living a stressful modern life and are searching for connection and balance in life. As an advocate for inclusive multicultural mental health, I accompany my clients’ journey anchored on the principle of reciprocity with Nature. This is the key to of my work and legacy.


I have facilitated and led bilingual (English and Spanish) trainings, mindfulness retreats, sound therapy sessions and workshops in multiple venues throughout the United States and South America. 

I have been exposed since childhood to complementary and spiritual methods of interconnection closely linked to self-healing, self-empowerment and the search for harmony between the physical and etheric body.

As an expert in trauma informed and grief care, I believe in the inclusive effect of Ancestral Medicine and I seek equality in health as fundamental right for all human beings. This is reflected in my motivational style and pedagogical techniques that blend the physical and holistic aspects, making my commitment for accompany the healing process to others effective.

My greatest passion is to mentor and support others' paths, especially those recovering from traumatic events associated with acculturation and immigration journeys.

Through provoking presentations and training sessions, she educates and inspires audiences to recognize the power of their cultural heritage as a means of addressing stress and mental health challenges, and to reconnect with nature as an essential aspect of overall well-being.

She has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including C-suite executives, leaders, and employees from corporations, associations, and universities across the globe.

Lorena focus on a variety of topics, such as navigating change and transition, practicing mindfulness, dealing with trauma, reducing stress, and understanding personal responsibility and legacy as individuals living in the world today.
