Service Description

After your introductory session and based on your experience of that session, I will develop a personal and unique 60 - 75 minute practice just for you. We will use the various elements of contemplative practices and, through conscious breathing, connect the mind and body in a meaningful way. You will learn to use the effective tools to recognise the balances and imbalances in the physical, emotional and energetic body. Yoga as such is not a healing practice, but through the tools of body movement (asana), breath work (pranayama), mental clarity (concentration/meditation practices) and nutrition (lifestyle habits), I will help you find where you are on your healing path and inspire you to build a progressive, pragmatic and effective path.
