As an expert in trauma inform care, I offer comprehensive yoga therapy and life coaching services providing personalised guidance and counselling through the teachings and practices of ancient medicine, somatic movement, yoga and mindfulness. 

 

Through the vast therapeutic applications of ancient philosophies and contemporary approach in mental health, I work with dedication to establish a safe and supportive environment in which my clients can learn emotional regulation skills through connection with the breath and increased body awareness.
